(both in their capacity as data processors shall be hereinafter referred to as “YALO”) let know to the Users of the Website: https://www.yalochat.com/, clients and those who contact us for any another way, that YALO obtains your personal data, by filling out the forms on the Website itself and/or by direct contact via email, telephone and forms.
Therefore, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals (the “Law”), We declare that the personal data provided to YALO shall have a legitimate, controlled, and informed treatment, in order of guaranteeing the privacy and the right to self-determination of the Users.
What data do we collect and what do we use it for?

YALO shall never directly collect information considered as Sensitive Personal Data (as defined in the Law). YALO may have access to data of a sensitive nature in its capacity as processor of the personal data of its clients, for which the contract for the submission of corresponding personal data has been signed and the necessary security measures have been implemented for the proper protection of the these. Likewise, we inform you that not all the information requested is mandatory, but only that which is made known to you through the requests, records, forms, formats, contracts or emails, by which the information is collected. In case of obtaining sensitive information not requested by our clients, it will be destroyed physically and electronically.

YALO, through the most advanced technology at its disposal, shall establish security measures: administrative, technical and physical to protect personal data against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or treatment.
Third party usage
To fulfill the purposes described, your data may be sent to suppliers, customers, distributors, related parties or business partners of YALO, whether national or foreign, which, where appropriate, shall use personal data for the same purposes described herein, including the shipping and delivery of products and charges by credit, debit card or other means of payment.
The referrals for the purposes indicated here do not require your consent as they are within the exceptions of article 37 of the Law, however, it is very important for YALO that you know them.
YALO may send you information about any of the companies that make up YALO, and it is important to inform you that YALO does not transfer your data to third parties for treatment or purposes other than this Privacy Notice.
YALO shall not send or transfer any data regarding the data obtained indirectly through its clients and in its capacity as manager of said personal data.
Your rights
You shall have the right to exercise at all times your right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, as well as revoke your consent as established in the Law and in this Privacy Notice. To exercise these rights, you must send us an email to: contact@yalochat.com
YALO shall reply to requests for the exercise of the rights referred to in this Privacy Notice, in a maximum of 20 business days or, where appropriate, shall notify you of the extension of this term when there are justifying reasons. For the attention of any of the rights or the revocation of consent it shall be necessary:
- The identity of the owner or his/her/its legal representative is accredited with a copy of the official identification document, where appropriate, a document stating the powers of the representative.
- The name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
- The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the rights.
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
- The means by which you are required to be notified, obtain information and respond to your request from which you can choose: a) via email (data messages) or; b) physical route (simple copies); In the latter case, the owner or his/her/its legal representative must personally collect the notifications at the YALO facilities.
In the case of the right of access, YALO may make available simple, certified copies, audio, video, image files or data messages, as appropriate.
You can limit the use or transfer of your data at any time by informing YALO of this circumstance, however, these data are necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, so by not having them or not allowing them to be obtained, you would prevent being in conditions to fulfill the purposes that bind it to YALO.
