In December 2020, they recorded a 53.83% increase compared to the same period in 2019.

Today, through virtual assistants, conversational commerce holds about 8% of the global e-commerce platform market, according to a study by Future Market Insights. The analysis also predicts a 15.6% growth, reaching a revenue of $26.3 billion by 2032.
